When we write about science fiction, we visualize future technologies and societal norms relative to our own time. 150 years ago, things like commuter air travel, cell phones, space stations, GPS satellites, and the internet were so advanced that most couldn't even comprehend the concepts.
Your challenge: Think of our world a few centuries from now, with advances to the point where most of our science fiction is reality (or ancient history). What would be "sci-fi" to these people? _________________ "The only people who never fail are the ones who never try to accomplish anything." ~ My Grandfather |
