Well these encounter at the market is absolutly no coincidence. And I bet Steve has now something on him maybe a Handy or a Locator.
And the end, bad Filly your evil not to reveal what happened.
But I think I see what will happen. Vishalya is no lightweight her kidnappers had problem detain her. So I see Arjun on the floor holding his nuts. ^^

Why would we be that easy on them? The Apachie and Crow could keep a torture subject alive for 3 to 4 days, and in Japan the ninja could do even better. The "death of 1000 cuts" is only the start.
At times, I scare myself.

Filly, I'm starting to think that you don't want us to like Vishalya's brother or husband-to-be...
Seriously, they are really starting to turn into comic-book villiains. Overconfident to megalomatic and while clever in their criminal way, but terminally stupid in most others (like totally dismissive of anybody else, especially anybody they consider beneath their station).
Not that there aren't people like that around. And given the state of the world, all too many such people are firmly entrenched in positions of power or influence.
But... still...
