That was impressive. No other way to put it. Nor anything else to be said. _________________ Nicolai

Nice.
Anyone that can make out the insignia on the F-16 on slide 38?
(I don't think the USAF uses F-16s with the brake-chute pod in the tail9
The Herc taking off in slide 30 is awesome.
Picture 4.
I have no idea which squadron it is that flies like that, but at the F-16 quadron flying out of the airbase I was stationed, it would NOT have been accepted. ALL missiles had all fins and wings in place, even when flying inert versions like that. It changes the handling of the craft.
(Not by much, but it is measurable)
Don't ask me on how many AIM-9L wings I have sanded down and filled cuts with plastc padding, painted and finally 'reinforced' with thick 'bookbinder' transparent tape. _________________ "My name's Lion, Anthony Lion"

I don't know I don't recognize the paint scheme a couple of frames latter there is another with the same markings. My favorite is the frame showing Diamond Lil now named Ol 927 and Aluminum Overcast. Back when they use to park Ol 927 during the winter at R.L. Jones airport here in Tulsa for maintenance. I use to volunteer helping with the work and as payment the volunteers got free rides before it went out on tour. _________________ Beware the light at the end of the tunnel, just might be the headlights of my speeding truck. =0.0.=
