I grew a really dislike for Carol.
Neverless I look forward to the metting between Candice and Frank.
Both have a lot of fear and anger in them and both deal with it different.
As much as such talks lets built up emotions you feel free afterwards.
Face the past to life in the present and built a future.

Almost anything could happen here. He is still trying to shake off the dream and bring his emotions under control.
Will he run form her in panic?
Will he tell her to get away from him?
Will he hug her in relief she is alive?
Will it throw him into a flash back? Shaking, staring wide eyed into the nightmare, unresponsive to anything in the real world. Seeing only a tiny cotton-tailed body in a pool of blood.
That last vision had to hit him harder than anything so far.

I said I was tempted. Didn't say I was giving in now did I?
Nine is nearing the ninepage mark and I have a couple of more scenes and conversations to finish off before I send it to Mike. I wasn't expecting the conversation to take as long as it did but... Once I started writing it, the charictars kind of took over and what i wrote was more them having the talk in my head with each other right then and there vice me writting out what i had planned. I've had to modify my original outline now do to what I had revieled to me during and after the conversation.
Oh well.

Interresting. Yep I know those episodes you describe.Had them myself
(through to much stress)ripped once my steeringwheel out of my car in the middle of the road.
I can see why Frank is scared of himself.

Yep, now add into it that he has had extensive combat training and experience.
He's not scared lightly. He knows exactly what he can do.

Nice chapter.
You can´t heal soulwounds alone. I think Candice and Molly will help Frank
greatly.
And I´m guessing right that the fur out of prison is Candis ex?

OK you have 10 chapters now.
How about some speculation based on what has come out?
Candice was afraid leaving the bar that night. She is still nervous that her ex will be out there and had to convince herself he was not.
Frank was a Special Ops sniper, and good at it by all accounts.
Molly has very keen hearing.
Frank has very good night vision.
Frank also has said that he does not think he could survive losing Candi again.
And now it looks like trouble if the Earl just released is the same Earl as Candi's ex. (anyone care to take bets here? )
So with these facts from the previous chapters, anybody want to make some guesses as to possible outcomes?
How about if Candi is kidnapped? Molly? How about both?
How about an attack at Franks house?

tobi3B: Candice has the potential to either really help Frank or really hurt him. It's not an envious position. She and Molly are going to have to feel each other out though. Remember, Molly really trusts Frank. His reactions are crutial.

Okay, to run with some of what you said:

Think about what all has been said about how badly she got worked over that last time. Add that to a short marriage worth and you get the picture. Fear is a powerful thing.

This will actually be discussed quite a deal later, both in flashbacks and in charicter conversations.

RL Black Foots are exclusivly nocturnal. It's one of the little bits of real I've tried to work into the charicters. Next chapter has a little bit of extrapelated real in regards to Molly.
Nice speculations. It's really neat to see where other furs are going with things as compared to where I am.
I will say this. Some things have changed recently as I have aquired some more knowledge on ceartain subjects. Some of the story outline has changed as I now have more info on the charicters dynamics as well. The plotlines and plot points all still remain, it's just been the more specific areas that have undergone re-write. This means that you the readers are going to get a longer, more involved story than what I was originaly conceiving.

Due to being deeply entrenched in reading Metamor Keep for several months (caught up now), I haven't started reading this one til just this week.

The minilop we have at work doesn't seem to hear that well (drooping ears instead of erect). Then again, maybe he just ignores me when I talk to him.
BTW, I didn't know hair could hear at all.
Now back to reading, I still have a couple chapters to go before the next one posts.
