Another good chapter Karou, keep the story coming. Looks like you and Nicolai have been doing a lot of background work together lately as well. It should be interesting to see how you are going to tie in the 3 factions of purists. I can already see a slight connection between 2 already. I can't wait to see how you play out the some of the surveillance for Gwen's company.

I'm working on the base outline for Chapter 3 right now, but as I speak, the Coona clan is relatively quiet .. except for a few bed springs.. >.>

And, hey, no comment on Vince's sweet ride?

Other than being a cool car, nothing at this time. Unfortunately I look at most cars as just a way to get around, although I can sympathize with the whole cramped car space thing.

About Jo-Ann and Vince; About time that she found the love of her life.
Of course, since it wouldn't make for much of a story, I don't expect it all to be smooth sailing, premonition or not...

The car...
That's one flashy car, and something bound to make furs' head turn. Memorable cars may not be all for the good, when you're a cop on the bad side of the purists' mind.
Also, it's a gas guzzler of another world. How the H! is he going to afford driving it?
(My brother's 1944 M6 probably didn't use much more fuel... And it could after all run on a few alternatives... )

nicely done, but something is amiss here. Do I detect a certain illusion card being played?

Or he could need the power it has in a future chapter.

I have my reasons for choosing that vehicle. ^_^

Is that supposed to be a subtle, understated hint? Razz

No, subtle for me is the equivalent of using an M1A1 to crush a soda can. ^_^

NO!

You do NOT use a 20lbs sledge to swat flies.
You use the flat of an AXE!

Just ask the filly...

No, my muses are more concerned with pestering me about details for the story rather than hints for the audience...

And seeing as one of my muses outweighs me by at least half a ton, I listen to them. ^_^

Some of the fleas I've had to deal with might have needed the edge of the axe ...

Razz

(with apologies to the Filly)
