I'm sure many of you have already seen this one, but I recently discovered it and I love it:
Fur Will Fly
http://www.jadephoenix.org/fwf/comics/
And its spinoff, Coming Up Violet:
http://www.webcomicsnation.com/bdaniel/violet/series.php?view=archive&chapter=23555
The first one went for quite a few years and then ended. The spinoff is currently running. The basic premise of 'Fur Will Fly' is the result of a human being mistakenly transported into the furry world, and how he adapts (and even thrives).
Loads of fun--spent a really late night reading through all of the archives. _________________ Styx: "Oh sure like flaming a dragon going to do massive damage, brave challenge there Teric." |

I tried to read FwF several times and kept failing, but once I managed to push past a lot of the early strips it actually was fairly decent. |

I read a bit of the spinoff a while back, but then I could never find it again. It was pretty funny, though I dind't know the backstory for most of the characters, so it was rather confusing. Now I'm reading the original, and I'm hooked. Although I wish he'd kept the anime style since it made the characters look a lot cuter. _________________ Telegram: kelvinshadewing

The style is changing because the writer changed artist a couple of times. _________________ "My name's Lion, Anthony Lion"

I am very sad to say this, but it looks like 'Coming Up Violet' has pretty much been cancelled.

Apparently the writer had a falling out with the artist, and they've gone their separate ways. Furthermore, the artist does not want to continue the series with some other artist; if he were to do more stories, it would have to be a spinoff of 'Fur Will Fly' or a complete series reboot.
*sigh*
This was a really good comic, too. _________________ Styx: "Oh sure like flaming a dragon going to do massive damage, brave challenge there Teric." |

I think the artist is trying to keep Coming up Violet going with a new writer.
