Ok this isnt realy a SOLtS question but one about Amy, maybe my lerned friends will be able to help me.
Right as the title suggests its her fur colour (oh also before i go on if you dont want thie here move or delete it) now i dont know much about american animals, but i do think i know this, americans dont get Red squirrels (like we didnt get grey ones untill we introdused them), now this makes me wonder, im "real life" *SNICKER* wouldnt that make Amy British (or at lest Europain?) no i know Eric W. Schwartz proberly did it for his own style (also red colouraziton is more apeling)
ok now i know im a raccoon grey is dull LMTO.
now is what i have just writen a load of Baloney or does it have a thread of truth in it? _________________ A Pro From Dover.

According to this link there are red/brown squirrels in North America. 'Sides, Amy has always struck me as being similarly colored to squirrels I see all the time aroung here. *G* I know I was careful to define, at least for my description files, her cousin's ancestry that way, but then her cousin's far more important to my story. _________________ "But the wildest of all the wild animals was the Cateagle. We also have black squirrels in the U.S. !
Amy coloring would be right IMHO, although I don't recall ever having seen a squirrel with white belly fur.
But she's cute, so I'm willing to live with it
Interesting note about her cousin Debbye: she was originally a blonde, like Amy! Someone drew her with red hair, then Eric followed suit, so she kinda became a permanent red-head ... not that there's anything wrong with that!

Yeah, around there, before she started drying out. Can't really blame her, Desi had passed away and her second husband didn't keep up on her with the Armor-All, so ........

*G* Well, anyone who's met milady wife knows where my taste for red hair (auburn really, a red/brown mix) comes from. Glad you're cool with how I've described her. When I started writing I had only those two pics you mentioned to guide me as to her appearance.
Cheers,

And to think, Thomas did not had to resort to the same measure these starving Harvard Boys had too...
Squirrel Fishing
And yes, it looks reddish brown to me. But as for the blonde hair? Unless its Amy come to life, they must be some pretty loney Harvard Boys!!! _________________ SHARKS In The Gene Pool South of Kosovo!

By the way, that's a really funny experiment. I might try it out sometime. |

Even without ignoring which type of squirrel originally lived where, the question is moot anyway. After all, not all humans in Europe are "white" and not all humans in Africa are "black" (no offense meant with the colors. I just didn't know any other way to put it).
If you look at history you will see that humans like to travel and settle in new countries. I think we can assume that it's the same for the furs in a furry world. _________________ Tygon Panthera - name and species

I do know one thing, I saw a really interesting drawing of Amy in someone's VCL "Sketches" folder within the past few weeks
I can get there from here (work) else I'd give the URL
