Well, Something happened to me while I was surfing the net a while ago. It was about the time I discovered furrydom. I read some stories and looked at character descriptions. I thought, "I need a character. I'll write a story for his backstory!"
This is the first story I've ever voluntarily written. It was quite a suprise when I thought that, because I don't like writing. At the very least, I don't like writing for school.
So, I'm now typing up the first part. I'll post it. soon.

Well, I've got the first chapter typed up. I think it turned out pretty well for my first story. Please post some feedback!
PS The character named "Latham" is named after my friend Andrew Latham. I couldn't think of anything else for a name.

If anyone is still interested, I'm working on Chapter 2. I hope to be done with it soon.
It takes me so long to write a chapter because I'm trying to keep it a secret from my 'rents and friends. I can't find a lot of time to write where my parents aren't around.
Anyways, I'm almost done with the rough draft. I'll be finished with the chapter in a week or two.

Well, the rewrite is finally done. I'm gonna type it up now. I hope to have it up within the hour.

Took me a good 20 minutes to type, but here it is. I'm pretty pleased at how it came out. If you post on the Crash Pad Cafe thread, you'll notice that this is my character, Rob.
Trivia: The hospital's name is Metroplex, which is where my mom worked in Texas.
I'll start Chapter 3 soon.
