This is not actually a problem with the site, but I could find no more appropriate forum section. Is it possible to change an existing username to something different and still retain all other properties, rather than create a new account with the new name? If so, to whom should the request be directed?

Just go into your profile and make the changes from there.
This will only change your PF-BBS account preferences (account name, password, avatar, and other functions).

Now, if you have a 'Hosted WebSite Account' you need to get in contact with Whiplash, and maybe even Maxx or Fishburne, to make the changes to that account.
