Yay! Arden and Shelia have made up (finally)!
Things are continuing to move along here. I wonder what Lakash is going to do now that the agent of Heaven has gotten directly involved. More importantly, how is this going to affect Arden? He's certainly not going to let this one slide at all...
The chapter seems a little rushed, but ya still got me hooked with all of this suspense!

Little rushed? That thing took the better part of 3 days spread out over 2 weeks to write.
The biggest problem was to get what I needed into the chapter without it going 30 pages. That's something I'm still working on.

Heh, now that I re-read the chapter, you're right, it isn't rushed. I was the one who was feeling rushed. Sorry about that.
Reading novels is a lot like playing Monopoly: you need to budget enough time to play the game properly and enjoy it.
