thanks bro

i realy enjoyed the springs they had one spring which had died out about 75 yrs ago (i asked out of geological interest) if the quake had done them any damage

they said in actuality it helped them a lot two springs are now flowing better and the lost one for a day screamed gases then gysered water out of the old pipes they have to rebuild the old tubs long since shut down so they acn hold water again

the movie is realy great honest *dragon gets idea* ohh yessssssssss

grin

well as with many things fate/luck/chance? can and does toss in a huge randomizer into life as we go

we borrowed a friends van so the trip could be done i far greater comfort than the escort could aford 3 adults

alex got to spend the weekend with grandma so we were very eager to enjoy the day ...guilty but good pleasure finaly without alex we could wander and talk without a 2 1/2 yrold requiring a good 50% of ones attention

driving north we had just filled the van up and gotten dinner when the darn thing acted like vehihcles do when in a ufo's light beams lights flashing dimming and the such you know

it then died like a brick no engine nada

well i personaly have had 3 alternators die and do this very thing but usualy you get a warning light saying umm hey your not charging yer battery but discharging anyhow much ado later we got the car back got buds van towed home and then were again on our way to mamalammadevils place in the world

the con was quite fun kyrin heard me drooling over another caraibou original she hadent brought queen of clubs her most recent dragoness but had brought queen of diamonds but for once it wasnt a dragoness that cought my eye

but an frican wild dog fem she had up ...anyhow kyrin got it for me *lustfullickchops grin*

the best news is after speaking some to old racoon and attending a writers workshop on how to get published i have finaly gently retired kyrin from her being my editor which she could never get to due to her art, alex. work ,everyday life
mamalammadevil and old coon will now be my editors and acording to old racoon this dragons story "the father drake" should/will be in print for further confusion 2005

when kyrin told me this message we were in the art auction where a piece by goldenwolf called "eyes of the night" it was fought over in a 6 bid bidding war that finaly ended up with a bid going from 8500 dollars to 10 thousand bucks breaking all known records for any anthromorphioc art convention by 2 thousand shes a young lady who iron badger across the isle yelled at her "your a real artist now!" she graces the company of those like rog minotaur and dark natasha

she told kyrin it took her 2 weeks to make the piece not bad money for that kind of time ehh? anyhow when i learned i would be published you could knock me over with a feather and still can ...well i have asked caribou to do art for it kyrin sugests it be for the cover and its basied on a request i asked of maxx but never got any reply .....

the part of this dragon which over the years has seen much come and go will remain a skeptic till i see the first done in ink and paper with a few nicely chosen pieces of art in it (on it)

best joke this dragon has made in awhile was in the charity auction a 4 ft tall plushie dragon was being auctioned off i yelled its a cheap fursuit

i got quite a few laughs as the auctioneere said eye and breathing holes would be the owners reponcibility after saying juniors first fursuit

ehh ya had to be there

i havent goten a single congrats not dr Black drake, not the foxx...caribou said it but was busy doing con books told me to mail her the details for the cover art this i understand but ....

makes dragon want to blow them all flaming razzberrys next time they ask me for comments on THEIR efforts

Look at it this way: next year you'll get something BETTER than hurried comments; sales figures!

That said, I understand mike sold a total of 6 copies of mine...

thank you anthony
i PM'd ya

well most of friday was spent zipping round town finding things such as a new fuel filler hose (34 bucks for a 2" I.D. gasoline resistent hose that no one esle carryed) mine was leaking all over when any gas was put in the tank

got polishing bonnests and other things to finish the rework of the bronco II so it can be sold

saturday was spent dismantileing the dash of my truck so i could pull the radio fix it and the heater controls...then spent 2 hours looking for the darn replacenmt AGHHH kris came home and pointed me right to it....sigh
finished the repairs to it after a trip to SLO for laws hobbies where i got a student discount on my graphics 110 course supplies would been 68+ bucks and it came out to 58 after so i was happy the radio fix was resodilering a couple spots on the board as they had broke free and then sodier the conectors wires straight to the ends in the radio so the conector which never worked right would be eliminated

our friend whos staying here after his marage borke up had a pair of speakers for the doors of my truck so im off to install the radio and those YAY DRAGON WILL HAVE MUSIC ON THE TRIP INTO TOWN AND HOME!!! does dragon dance LALALA

was goin along saw the thread about gunbound the game and went to take a look
looked fun and had the kind of premice i enjoy,

i used to play a lot on the artilery game that dated just before the atari 2600 came out it was a sears platform i got so good at it the sales people used to ask me to play as they sold the system to a customer i loved the shots that went out of screen and then as i whistled it came back and wham killed the other guys gun LOL those shots when they had to fall into a canyon and the winds were screwing with the shot were big sellers

anyhow back to the gunbound..it went well and all was actualy gona download till i saw the purchase stuff and to play you had to enter credit info...***SCREEEECH*** sorry tim it isnt that good of a game ....

on to other things , my graphics class is going along well i was actualy able to fill a sheet of thubnails with abstractifyed fonts to be made into a single 4 panel image of black n white my skills at art suc and my dificultiy at being able to trace show it shaky hand pencel lead snapping youd think i had zz in my lap for crying out loud

my instructor also knows im a furry she spotted the m light zipper pulls and my constant use of dragons and kyrins sketches in my notebook just a few giveaways but it was confirmed when i told her a bit about my conditioning fur bath crystals for zz studios my final project for the graphics 111/112 class

http://www.planetfurry.com/~cyberhorn/cggallery/flatbox.jpg
http://www.planetfurry.com/~cyberhorn/cggallery/BOX1.jpg

she looked at me stopping in midmotion and asked in a tiny voice 'are you a ...furry?'
i was like ahyup she was like oh wow ! i watched that csi episode and i stopped her right there imeadiately clearing up many of the misconceptions about being furry

showed her a few examples on both sides of the feild ..couldent bring myself to show her a winger though..not many can handle a winger as first intro to furrdom but she loved m lights stuff and thought my box project was very well done and with a bit more refinement been definately a pro job

my film class should be chalenging as im the only one who realy is taking it seriously early on so im stuck with a team that are barely working ..more goofing off

in defence to gunbound i just have to say that credit info to my knowledge is not obligatory. i have no credit cards and no way of paying anything on gunbound with real cash. yet the game is still freee to play but i have to earn my items through hard won battles( not that ive been able after the last few updates. they updated the system and my graphics card beeing an on-board said "I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE" so i keep lagging out Crying or Very sad )

on the story front... i had not seen this before so i had not commneted. i really liked the few completed stories on your page and scince i'm onbear minimum here i cant afford to buy the one u published but if i find a way to i will.

by the by i hiope you continue some of the stories u have on hold soon!! Wink

well thank you shadu

ehh ive got no need for another game anyhow, i got imposible creatures out of a bargain bin but it wont play, im stuck on an ati expert 98 and a voodoo2 card im seriously out of date but nothing will work in my motherboard so till i get more $

as for my stories thank you for the complements

old racoon and mammalammadevil (yes one word) are being my editors fixing my terrible grammar on the father drake and i am working on another one the others i will get to in time

the current one im working on is 'a moment in time' no pun intended

the others i have in my head in the type cue, i was speaking to my english instructor about how people write and told him how i go about it and he remarked that i do exactly like motzart who wrote all of his symphonies in his head then and only then wrote them out fixing any errors as he went i was like realy?//wow// Shocked

cool!!! Razz ate least you managed to develop a good way to create a story i on the other hand have to wait for my head to tell me it won't do anything untill it writes something. this is usually temporary and has left many of my attempts unfinished only to be destroyed by forsed unispired writing by my part. ive lost 2 or 3 stories that way. though i seem to have ddeveloped a good opening for one but im a bit afraid to continue it and screw up again. i guess ill have to wait again... Confused

well shado i know this i needed a trigger to write but now i cant stop if im not concentrating on school work or family im stuck in one of my stories LOL

keep all yer story starts shado, leave it go back and reread it awhile later

a moment in time and father drake began life that way infact i have a story where a man cloned himslef dozens - hundreds of times collected the resulting 'children' programed them and then left them to go on in life his want ? reason? revenge and conquest of those who did him wrong
well one via chance becomes a father similary to the way the father drake does

anyways shado if you want to talk about stories perhaps it will trigger ideas and the urge pm me or email
^..^

well just a minor update

first funny , we were going outside to work on the yard when alex was trying to get his pants on and having a fit over it
bud (our house guest) says hey alex your trying to put them on backwards

alex being 2 n half stops dead
and goes ...OHHH and promptly fixes the issue.... funny

in my cases ive done more on 'a moment in time' mostly rewriting in my head buffer so it will read better the flow had issues so you the possible readers will never know how bad it got LOL

home work this weekend color my abstracted text both pos and neg tosee which is better for graphics class
for english i get to write a paper on what the instructor said to me i chose one of the hardest to identify with the duality of personality while being createive such as we read in the book a gent named borges
but of all the class as he watched me write aparently he was the right keys and said to me if anyone can do a paper for that one you can no one else dared to try it but from what weve talked about you can do it i cant wait to see it

now the silly human has to write it while the dragon guides him... sigh!

i in many ways am like borges, when i write my stories i surrender everything to it i become the charicters giving them soul and life i share with them the sorrows and joys the very facts of good and evil i give them all this and when i have to leave the worlds i create i feel drained and weakened

in the end perhaps some part of me will live on in them
