yes, the evil beta is finished. No more beta.

Of course, the game goes live tomorrow, but I won't be able to buy a copy for a while.

Here's a few parting shots from the last day of the game.

wow...

I take it that its an MMORPG???

does this mean its out in the stores now?

Does it cost anything (monthly) to be in on it? Like a fee or membership costs thingus to play it online? (only if its MMORPG)

Damn... Why can't they make a MMORPG that doesn't require that monthly crap...

I can understand the need for continuing server maintanance and upgrades, but still... 14$ is, at the current exchange rate to the danish currency, 1/6,5 so that would 14x6,5 for the amount I'd had to pay and that is...

<gets calculator>

91 Kr.- Exclamation

Thats actualy a lot... well, its probably a fourth of the games initial cost...

well, another great game I'll never get to play cuzz i'm too stingy...

Tell me about it I have two Everquest accounts, one for Eve online and now SWG actually if I pay six months at a time and stagger them 3 to 4 months apart it's not that bad, though I am thinking of dropping the Everquest accounts I haven't logged into either account for months.

Well, I am not willing to pay that so no SWG for me.

It wouldn't run anyway. My computer is just too old.

Well if your looking for a MMORPG that you can play online for free, theres always Diablo & Diablo 2. Unfortunatly Diablo 2 isnt looking too good right now with hacks popping up, but there's still some ppl who play the game without resorting to such measures.

Uhm... dude...

Diable 1 and 2 aren't MMORPGs... They're just hack n' slash games...

No offense, i mean D1 was great! I never got play D2 very much, actually only once... but it was fun... but no MMORPG!

MMORPGS are like Evercrack, or Anarcgy online... those things!

I wish they would make Morrowind into an MMORPG... that would be great!

There are some people who call Furcadia an MMORPG. Some others call it a glorified chatroom.

Anyway, it's totally free of charge, what makes it good Wink

Oh, i know FurC! It rules... I like so much more that ordinary chatrooms... I mean, you get the feeling that you are there... I know it's silly, but It's a lot easier to RP a little when you can actually see where and what you are...

I like FurC... Very Happy I go there daily...

The only sucky thing 'bout it is that with being in Europe i am nine hours ahead of the american FurCers... So when i go on at nine in the evening I only get the few others who are on at around twelve over in america... (most FurCers are American or Canadian...)

I know exactly what you mean. I'm from Germany. I have the doubtful luck that I'm unemployed and can stay up as long as I want to but it's still a problem.
