By the way, some professor, in the University of Waterloo, Canada (??) Has been working along the same lines as me, that is, complex functions of change in mass with velocity. He gets the same result, its perfectly valid, and explains several strange results.

OK. Let me correct myself. Although you might not imediately notice the shift, at sometime after you enter that alternate reality you're bound to notice the change.

The Sliders episodes are a good example. There was one episode where they thought they'd gone home. Everything was exactly the same, until the end of the episode when he spotted a picture of the Azure Gate Bridge which told him he still wasn't home.

Yes, you might initially not spot the difference, but odds are it will come up and bite you eventually.
