Figured I'd start a new topic... What are you all having/had for dinner tonight?

Tonight for us its lamb braised with garlic, pepper, salt, and oil. Served with a steamed vegetable mix coated lightly with butter.

Over-priced hamburger, a Pepsi, and waaaaaay too many sweet potato fries. My mother taught me to clean up my plate, so I ate up all them fries. <burrrrp> Embarassed

They were delicious. These were coated in salt. Baked, mashed, or fried sweet potatoes rock! And they have a fantastic blend of vitamins, minerals, and fiber that makes them an almost perfect food. Personally I've never felt that sugar in any form improved sweet potatoes, and marshmallows positively ruins them (and the rest of the meal). But then I know someone who salts apples and watermelon, so I guess there is no accounting for taste.
