I've completed my first draft of the next chapter. Now I just need to go back through and do some editing and cleanup. Better still, the following chapter is already about half written. _________________ mwalimu

Just finished the new chapter. Nicely done.
I am wondering why Wanda wanted a dance. Guess we'll find out later. _________________ Nicolai

The whole time I was thinking "intervention", heading her off at the pass (one way or another). Though it could have been just coincidence getting in her way. If she doesn't back off, she may end up with an irate bunny in her face. _________________ "Cogito, ergo es. I think, therefore you is." Ray D. Tutto (King of the Moon) to Baron Munschaussen |

There wasn't meant to be any intervention by design on Wanda's attempts to dance with Clarence; it was simply a case of something came up every time.
Back in 2003, I offered a cameo appearance in the story in the MFF charity auction, after Chris Foxx had done something similar for Sabrina Online the Story. I didn't go to that convention nor had I been to one at that time but I figured what the heck. I don't remember how much it went for but I did receive word of who won, friended him on LJ, and met him at MFF in subsequent years. With this chapter, nearly 7 years later, he finally got his cameo. _________________ mwalimu

Wanda likes Clarence and a dance with him would be like a royal treat for her

Before Christmas break started I swore I'd finish at least the initial draft of the next chapter before I returned to work. I got most of the way through it before I hit a writer's block. Then a couple of days ago I had a breakthrough and was able to complete the draft yesterday. Now I just need to go back through and put the polish on what I have. _________________ mwalimu

Looks like Sabby and Wanda are starting to head Clarence in the right direction. Good chapter, when can we expect the next one or the 'talk' between Cindy and Clarence. If Clarence is not careful this could be explosive to say the least. Unless Wanda (we know that Sabby promised not to) calls Cindy for a session of girl talk.
just thinking,
