Hi all
I'm quite the avid fan of Roleplaying, or rping for short. I've only been doing this kind of stuff as a hobby for nearly a year, and I guess I'm alright at it. I was wondering if any of you guys were into it, too.

I'm most active on this site. Its based off a dog anime from Japan. The other users are really nice and oh so silly. How about you? _________________

No wonder why your av looks like something out of a 70's cartoon. It has a Speed-Racer/Leiji Matsumoto-kind of appeal. _________________ Hey, Sony... IT'S PAYBACK TIME!

I've been an RPGer since I could hold a pawful of dice. My first game I was six or seven and my uncle was babysitting me with a bunch of his friends over, we played Palladium's Hero's Unlimited. _________________ Bad moods are like hangovers, they eventually go away. - A. Sigurd Olson |

D&D yes, GURPS no
I've also played tons of the Palladium stuff, Iron Claw, Big Eyes Small Mouths, Call of Cuthulhu, Basic Role Playing, Toon, Teenagers from Outer Space, Dark Urthe Legends, Raven Star, Edge of Midnight, I'm sure I'm missing a couple here _________________ Bad moods are like hangovers, they eventually go away. - A. Hmmm, let's see. I got my first RPG when I was a Freshman at a Catholic school. Then when I went to college, I was an art major and a theatre minor so;
D&D
AD&D 2nd ed.
AD&D, the "not third" ed. remix.
Macross/Robotech (Palladium)
Vampire
Werewolf
Highlander
ElfQuest
Call of CTHULU (Chaosium)
Marvel superhereos
and a few more in there I may have been to high to remember.
Today, I have dabled around with the new D&D from wizards but I do not like how this last rule set works. The mechanics are very unfriendly and not well thought through. I think it could have stood a few more hours of "play testing". |

I enjoy free form text based RP. I am a member of quite a few forums whose RP is based on the Dragon Riders of Pern novels by Anne McCaffrey. |

I've been a D&D Dungeon Master for about 20 years, on and off. I also enjoy free-form roleplaying (Journye & Leonato are great players). _________________ Styx: "Oh sure like flaming a dragon going to do massive damage, brave challenge there Teric." |

One of the priests there had some of the books and thought that I'd enjoy the mental challenge. |
