Are the ballots ready yet? How bout now?
I've actually managed to read all the stories in a fairly good time frame. Kept the headaches at a minimum and wrote all my comments on a note book, just waiting for the ballot kinks to be worked out then I can vote before my brain forgets all about it! _________________ http://www.bukisa.com/people/AmberBarnes check it out!

The balloting system is now fully functional. Give it a shot.

Cool beans! Words in a green box is okay. Words in a copper box is bad. Let me know if you get any copper-box words and what you did to get them. Words above the page (in the green background) are bad too.
Thanks much.

Urm, I don't think I got any copper boxes, I entered scores and notes on each story so as long as you got all stories scored, from bottom up in a row then it should be working fine. _________________ http://www.bukisa.com/people/AmberBarnes check it out!

Thanks to everyone for their participation--both authors and readers.
One exciting development is that private comments are now visible to the authors (only) when they view their results page. I'll get this feature rolled back into previous contest results.

PS: Princess, your ballots were the first this quarter. _________________

I'll get this feature rolled back into previous contest results. | I now have private comments for spring 2008. Didn't do a contest for winter 2008 and sent the private comments out in emails for fall 2007.
Currently ballot results are held in individual story results files, including the comments, and which I generated semi-manually. I need to get a system in place to auto-generate the results. I think I'll hold off on updating older quarters until I get this system in place.
I also hid the text of the stories for spring 2008.
