I'm a total furvert though I also like wholesome furry art. I am Pagan, not a peaceful Wiccan, but a Pagan who believes in the use of necessary violence. I'm going back to school to be a psychologist. I've been married for six years come August, and we plan to start trying to have kids at the end of this year.

Here's the kicker Teric and I are good friends.

I didn't know you were a Pagan. But come to think of it, there seem to be a lot of Pagan furries out there.

Anyway, I'm a Christian too.

Allow me to attempt to represent a different side of the furry fandom.

I don't get into porn or furversions. I'm male, straight, married for 11 years with three kids, and I'm a conservative Christian. And yes, I'm a furry. And yes, I love being a furry.

I'm not saying this to set myself apart from the crowd of posters above. On the contrary, I consider myself one of them. I say this because I want to show that there is a very wide, diverse variety of folks in this fandom, and that being 'furry' does not mean 'evil, depraved, sex-crazed freak of nature.'

We are furry because we share a love for anthropomorphic characters, be they Disney characters, talking animals from the Chronicles of Narnia, one of the myriad of characters created by the fan members themselves, or many many others. Some of us draw, some paint, some write stories, some make music, some of us create physical or 3D computer model artwork, and some of us simply enjoy these creations.

I'm with Teric. I'm a conservative Christian, but I still am here, a fur, and enjoying it cleanly.

first and foremost Welcome WhiteStorm nice method of coming up with a name! i had to think back to my childhood hero LionO of the thundercats for mine lol

i'm thinking of going into the protection racket here at PF the eye of thundera could help a few people here it seems lol!

To reenforce what Teric, Kasyl and yes Midi have said furry is very diversivied, i'm a roman catholic christian and i like furry, given i'm not a strict catholic who's meant to fast 3 times a week etc but thats beside the point. If ur feeling confused or scared or not comfortable about furry there is a whole bunch of people who can help here and support u, its all fun and games here lol. I mean come on what forum could u possible join that has a chipmunk/squirrel (sorry midi not quite sure what ur classed as) exploding at every opportunity!

What do you get when you multiply six by nine?

I told you there's something fundementally wrong with the Universe.

ello! *pounce molests the newbie!* Sorry been too busy irl to get to ya.
As for me I'm a 'former' christian reverend, gives ya a good idea about how well diverse we all are. I know a few roman catholic priests that visit this board and a couple of other reverends, who actually use this board to figure out how to do their sermons of diversity of people. Anyway have fun!

Oh, you use Visual Basic too? We must program together sometime! Why don't they make collaborative programming sites like those okaki (however you spell that) places?

It's OK Teric... No need to feel down... just because someone doesn't feel... The same joy... Doesn't mean we don't like you... As you.
