The latest story arc of Susan Deer includes her creator literally erasing her husband Eric from her life, due to her endometriosis preventing her bearing children for her mate.
Can we start a letter writing campaign to get Tabitha to save Sue's marriage? |

I don't think it'll work. The strip follows some real life aspects of the artist's life rather closely. _________________ "But the wildest of all the wild animals was the Cateagle. He walked by himself and all places were alike to him."

Well I have to hand it to her..
she really does try to see the humor in everything that happened to her as of late, though in reality she seems deeply hurt by recent events...
But having heard from Ryan.. She's taking it quite well.. though she does have her bad times... There was a time that we thought that DoeMain
would cease to exist, but thanks to persistent supporters, that never happened.
Give her a helping paw guys by visiting her site and dropping an email.
That sweet, deer doe needs all the moral support she can get.

I agree with you, Sandy, and have left more than one supportive comment, when appropriate, on her LJ which is on my Friends List there. She's quite the gutsy lady, folks. If you're goign to FC, by all menas stop by, see & visit with her, and support her both verbally and, if you can, by buying something. _________________ "But the wildest of all the wild animals was the Cateagle. *sigh*
We knew it was coming, but it still hurts to see Doemain come to an end. Quite honestly, Sue was the one who first introduced me to the furry fandom. I will miss her wit and cute art style. _________________ Styx: "Oh sure like flaming a dragon going to do massive damage, brave challenge there Teric." |
