I think we had a thread about this a somewhere a while back...

It looks interesting and I am definitely curious about how this will turn out.

In the future please don't use all-caps titles, they're just annoying... but other than that, sounds interesting!

acronyms are supposed to be capitalized its proper English, and they are also supposed to have periods after them too. and its not all capitalized just the the part that is suposed to be.

example M.M.O.R.P.G.

The rules of Syntax genocide are followed on this forum quite nicely. One doesn't have to follow every rule every time. >.<

I’m such an English teacher!Embarassed
but anyway back on subject I’ve followed the game rather early and I noticed a lack of customer interaction. There are no fan sites or other activities and I really had to search to find it. There is almost no advertising for it at all.

Hmm, I can already imagine that I wouldnt like it too much, mainly the lack of pvp. Sure, pvm is good, but it gets... unfun after awhile. Sure, the game is quite furry, il give it that, but its got to also be fun. We dont need another Furcadia, in my opinion, we already have two (Second Life is one). Now, if it actually were to be fun without pvp somehow, Id go for it, but from waht I picked up it could be another Furcadia with pvm.

That, and its blatent lack of skunks Wink

the game is still in development, all we can really do is keep suggesting ideas and hope the creator goes for at least one. poke at the guy repeatedly on his forums and keep asking for skunks and PVP, im sure eventually he will give in.

Also, it would be better for the beggining of the game to stick with normal play. Would allow him to moderate and control the game a little easier without constant complaints from younger players about how so and so killled them. Beleive me, I played runescape and talked to one of the creators of htat one. Its a constant comment on there on how someone took someone's mining rock away from them or someone made fun of them or someone killed them in the wild because they are too weak and stupid to stay in the safe zone and train there before taking on people 10 times their level. This way he will probably be able to manage the complaints about the game a little easier until he works out the bugs. Later, he can insert the PVP problems when the game has worked out the bigger bugs. I suggest giving the guy time and at least trying out the game after hes had time to work on it. I just hope they at least require you to sign up using an email. Helps keep things in control a little easier and keeps a handle on the trolls.

I'm quite happy with the lack of PvP. I find that I have enough to do with exploring pretty landscapes without having to worry about someone jumping at me from behind a tree.
