Changed Email and now I'm locked out!!!

I've got a problem. I was updating my profile, and was trying to change my from my old email address to my new email address, and I realised after I clicked submit, that I had misspelled my new email address. My account was locked after I changed my email, so now I cant do anything.

If any of you Admins or Mods could help me out, I would be very thankful.
