Mice don't have long pointed snouts and big black noses., Mouse ears look nothing like Mickey's ears. If not for the name you wouldn't know what the hell Mickey is. Mrs Brisby is a mouse, Mickey is just a hideously deformed mutation. A freak. Nature's biggest mistake and greatest shame.
Besides Goofy kicked ass in Kingdom Hearts. |
Mickey could have been horribly deformed/mutated from the environment on the steamboat he served on. Possibly it was a steamboat delivering toxic or radioactive materials across rivers to places that needed it. It could be possible! _________________ http://superlagg.rappy.org/ |

Maybe the steamboat wasn't actually a steamboat?
Perhaps it was one of the first nuclear warships being tested by the American secret service? But Disney didn't really like the idea of calling their first cartoon 'Nuclear Battleship Micky'. XD _________________ -=Scifer. Badgerfox.

Mickey is based on the body ratio figure of a 2-year old toddler, for the "cutness" factor. A heavy set 2 yr old... Its deliberately drawn like that for that very reason, cause it gives a genetic call to ones mind to give it attention.
Now knowing that, you can break the cycle of staring at Disney toons and turn the channel to something else. _________________ SHARKS In The Gene Pool South of Kosovo!

Mickey's cute, I'll give him that but he's not really mouselike. He's interesting looking obviously because he wouldn't be one of the most popular animated characters around if he wasn't, but I don't look at him and think "rodent".
I don't do much staring at Disney toons, most of what Disney does just doesn't appeal to me all that much. They've made a few movies I consider myself a fan of ( Fox and the Hound, Oliver and Company, Robin Hood, 101 Dalmations, Lady and the Tramp ) but for the most part I can take them or leave them. |

The orginal Mickey looked more rodent like, he had a pointy nose and a bratty personality, but he got changed up a bit when he became a corporate logo. _________________ Illegitimus non carborundum |
