A slight oops in the latest chapter....
Quote: |
Esteban pushed open the door to Jean's room and entered. He smiled and looked at the bed. The vixen was awake, reading a newspaper. She didn't seem to notice anyone arriving. Esteban noted she looked quite content. The wolf looked over his shoulder and put a finger to his lips, signaling to Malcolm and Timothy to be quiet. Then he very carefully pushed the door open and tiptoed inside
|
First Esteban pushes the door open and enters, then he pushes it open and tiptoes inside?
I hope he didn't slam the door when he exited the room and closed the door...
Oh, and what Jean wanted to ask the priest...
Well, she is Jean, so I shouldn't have been so surprised _________________ "My name's Lion, Anthony Lion"

YIKES! How the bleedin' hell did I miss that one. I should've said "pushed it all the way open" the second time.
Fixing now, will ask Fikrann to upload the new version the next time I see her |

Good chapter.
Too bad you stopped Jean's discussion with the priest just when it began to get interesting... _________________ I'm a nut, but there are those who appreciate me for it. |

I did consider writing more on it, but I decided against it.
There are readers out there who take any critical questions directed at a priest as an attack on their beliefs and I thought it best to try to keep things relatively neutral. |

You know what? I must've had my head jammed in the door for half an hour. Yes. Thank you. Gods damned it, I hate it when there are that many goofs. I'll fix that and ask poor, overworked Fikrann to fix it -again- *gahh*
She's probably not on until tomorrow though. |

Oh! OH!! The world's gonna end NOW!!!
A TYPO has been spotted, and things will never be the same---!
Sorry.
All writers live with 'em, and despite our best efforts, they DO slip by our editors. WHAT?!?! Your publisher doesn't employ EDITORS and PROOFREADERS?!?! Horrors! How will the poor readers stand it?!?!
Actually...quite well, thanks. We like the story, we understand the process by which we're receiving it.
Typos, while an annoyance, "happen"---just like other annoyances in life.
We love you anyway, Ms. Aslaug, and your stories, too.
