Why does a sour cream have expiration date when it is already sour Wink That is when it goes REALLY sour.

Los Angeles the city of California's full name is El Pueblo de Nuestra Señora la Reina de los Angeles de Porciúncula Another reason that California is such a great state.

I have much more!! I wanna everyone else to share facts Smile

i think the No. 2 means the size (or the quality) of the graphite, kinda like .7 lead for mechanical pencils (forgive me for being a smartass)

when sour cream expires it becomes double-sour cream lol Wink

i didnt know that about LA

The pencil lead of a number 2 pencil or a mechanical pencil is the same as an HB sketching pencil.

'Uncopyrightables' is the longest word in the English language that doesn't use any letter more than once.

'Bedroom' and 'Boredom' are anagrams.

Anybody know what the largest set of anagrams is? The largest I've been able to think of is {opts, post, pots, spot, stop, tops}.

What do you call the white stuff from pimples?

Excessively long holds by customer call centers have been cited as the primary cause of at least 3 violent rampages in the last 2 years.

Pepsi Cola vending machines are three times as likely as Coca-Cola machines to tip over and injure someone.

The average age of children living with their parents after the age of 18 has risen from 21 to 25.5 in the last 40 years.

Recent news from North Korean reports that the North Korean government has banned post-it notes due to fears they will be used by dissident groups in order to undermine the regime and further dissent.

"Hi My Name is..." name tags are the industry's most popular name tag.

I don't know about about a 'set' but this poem is supposedly the longest anagram in existence with 42,177 letters.

And on further wordplay "Orange" and "Silver" have no rhyming english words (we're talking perfect rhymes of course)

All U.S. Presidents before Ronald Reagan (who only just narrowly escaped this fate and seems to have broken the cycle unfortunately *thinks about the current misfit in charge*) elected in a year ending in "0" has died or was assonated before his term was completed.

I can add to that.

Fully decoded and saved to a computer a single mammal DNA takes between 30 and 40 GB of space.

If you could take a human DNA from a cell and untwirl it completely it would be about 2 meters long.

And a few random ones:

The average computer user spends over 11 days of his life waiting for his/her computer to boot.

If you could recyle a single, complete edition of the Sunday's New York Times it would save about 75,000 trees.

If you could take the Sun's entire mass and use it to build cars and put all these in a line that line would reach out of our glalaxy.

The Internet was originally created by the CIA with the intend to have a communication network that not even a nuclear strike could not destroy. Only after the the universities picked it up to use it to share data sets.

I'll post more when I can remember them Razz

Thats a rather rude and thoughtless remark. Please do not try to sell your opinions off as being factual. There are many who consider it a blessing that a president isn't killed durring term, and wishing anyone to be murdered is horrible, specially if you don't really know the person you want killed. Please think before you speak, you comment was excesivly rude.
