If you are getting authentication errors while attempting to login to your email or ftp account, or user admin site, please send me a PM and I'll check again to see if your account's password was migrated over properly. This applies to any user who's account is hosted on this server, so it may not be limited to planetfurry.com. This does not apply to the BBS or other separate authentication system.

I tried to PM you about this, but the Private Message system appears to be broken as well. It was giving me messages about the SMTP resource not being available.

I'm currently unable to login to e-mail or FTP.

Same here. I can't login to both email nor FTP at the moment. And when trying to PM you, I got a SMTP server error. I'm not sure if the PM was sent at all, so I decided to post it here.

There is also an issue with the SMTP server. I am working on it right now. Once it has been fixed I can work on the login issues. If you receive any further SMTP errors in the BBS, please ignore them for the time being. Messages are able to post, it's just the notification emails that are erroring out.

I was attempting to log into my reseller account, and the password I have (in an e-mail from you) doesn't appear to be working. I can sign into my Kaisha admin screen okay though, and my e-mail for Kaisha is working fine. Smile

The passwords for both email and FTP are wrong / have changed or whatever...

All @planetfurry.com user passwords have been restored. If you were unable to login before, please try again now. If you still cannot login, please PM me and I will reset the password.

Other domains and reseller accounts are being worked on now.

Alright, my ISP cleared a port i was having issues with, i can access the PF admin area now, and help around with the account... erm... thingies.

Furs interested in getting PF webspace and email addy's let me know.
